Job Context

Hasan Trade is looking for two energetic, customer-focused and target-oriented professionals for its Signage Sales Unit. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, generating sales, handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service to support the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing customers.

• Develop new customers and generate sales opportunities.

• Promote company products and services to prospective customers.

• Handle customer inquiries, requirements and complaints professionally.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders and other sales-related documents.

• Coordinate with the Delivery, Accounts and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Maintain updated customer databases and sales activity records.

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and customer follow-up reports.

• Work proactively to achieve assigned sales targets.
