Job Context

Swan Properties is looking for an experienced, energetic, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to lead and develop sales activities for our Land Sharing and Apartment Sales projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, landowner networking, client management, and successfully closing property sales deals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for land-sharing and apartment projects.

2. Identify potential landowners and establish business relationships for land-sharing opportunities.

3. Generate new leads and convert prospective clients into customers.

4. Promote and sell residential apartments and real estate projects as land shar sale.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, and property buyers.

6. Arrange client meetings, property visits, and project presentations.

7. Negotiate with clients and successfully close sales agreements.

8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property prices.

9. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

10. Prepare regular sales reports and update management on business development activities.
