Responsibilities & Context
1. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
2. Perform hardware installation, troubleshooting, and daily log checks of network devices to ensure smooth IT operations.
3. Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and other network infrastructure.
4. Troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, networking, and connectivity issues, and provide timely technical support to users.
5. Manage user accounts, access rights, email accounts, role-based permissions, and other IT services in accordance with company policies.
6. Monitor system performance, antivirus protection, software updates, data backup, and IT security to ensure system reliability.
7. Provide technical support for CCTV, biometric attendance systems, IP phones, and other IT-enabled systems.
8. Assist in ERP operations, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and continuous system improvement under the guidance of management.
9. Support ERP utilization across HR & Payroll, Merchandising, Inventory, Production, IE, Planning, Commercial, Accounting, SCM, and other relevant departments.
10. Monitor ERP data accuracy, system availability, user access, and module functionality, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
11. Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, network diagrams, system configurations, and proper documentation of IT equipment and service records.
12. Coordinate with IT service providers and ERP vendors, assist in system upgrades and software implementation, and support IT projects, office setup, and migration activities.
