Sr. Executive-IE (Knit)

Prepare and design layouts for manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Apply statistical methods and mathematical calculations to analyze manufacturing processes, determine manpower requirements, and establish production standards.

Work closely with production personnel to establish and implement best practices.

Implement systems and process improvements to minimize production costs and increase factory efficiency.

Coordinate with the Production and Merchandising departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Maintain sound knowledge of fabric and thread consumption to ensure efficient material utilization.

Participate in developing strategic and operational frameworks aligned with corporate objectives.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
