JR Architects & Engineers Ltd. Looking for Executive, Sales & Marketing.
Responsibility :
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Source new clients through site visits, networking with architects and developers, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Client Consultation & Needs Analysis: Meet clients to discuss their design vision, functional requirements, spatial preferences, and budgets.
- Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Collaborate with in-house interior designers and 3D teams to build layouts, mood boards, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or cost estimates.
- Sales Presentation & Closing: Present design portfolios, material options, and pricing proposals, handling negotiations to close deals.
