The Role:

Handle and follow up with potential customers and leads.

Present company projects, apartment features, payment plans, and offers professionally.
Arrange customer meetings and project/site visits.
Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Convert qualified leads into successful bookings and sales.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
