Responsibilities & Context
Address workers’ grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns.
Maintain effective communication between workers and management.
Ensure worker welfare facilities, including dining, sanitation, drinking water, and rest areas.
Support workers’ counseling, awareness programs, and welfare activities.
Assist in handling absenteeism, disciplinary issues, and employee relations.
Maintain welfare records, reports, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and buyer requirements.
