Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring washing quality, shade consistency, garment appearance, and compliance with buyer requirements and approved standards throughout the washing process.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure washing quality meets approved standards, buyer requirements, and quality specifications.
Check garment shade, color consistency, hand feel, appearance, and washing effects.
Inspect garments at different stages of the washing process to identify defects.
Monitor washing-related defects, including shade variation, stains, spots, uneven washing, damage, and measurement issues.
Coordinate with the Washing Production, Quality Control, and Technical teams to resolve quality issues.
Verify approved wash standards, samples, and production quality parameters.
Identify root causes of quality defects and take corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain quality inspection records, reports, and defect analysis.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company quality procedures.
Support final quality inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented before shipment.
