Job Context

We are looking for a smart, responsible, enthusiastic, and quick-learning Trainee Aesthetic Assistant to support our Aesthetic & Weight Loss Center. The selected candidate will work closely with the doctor and senior team members to assist with daily operations, client care, treatment room preparation, and aesthetic and weight management services. On-the-job training will be provided as required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the doctor and senior team members during aesthetic, slimming, and weight management sessions.

2. Prepare treatment rooms, beds, towels, equipment, and necessary supplies before each session.

3. Assist with non-invasive aesthetic and body slimming procedures under proper supervision and after appropriate training.

4. Help clients with registration, appointment coordination, session preparation, and follow-up communication.

5. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, sterilization, and infection control in treatment rooms and equipment.

6. Maintain client records, treatment session details, appointment schedules, and basic documentation.

7. Monitor the availability of consumables and report stock shortages to the supervisor.

8. Communicate politely with clients and ensure their comfort, privacy, and satisfaction.

9. Follow the instructions of the doctor and management and comply with the center's policies and safety protocols.

10. Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations.
