Lead financial reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements that support strategic decision-making.
Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts to maintain financial discipline and control variances across the group.
Oversee product costing and inventory valuation to ensure accurate cost analysis and support pricing, profitability, and order decisions.
Strengthen internal control systems to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance, and minimize financial risks.
Manage working capital to ensure operational stability, and efficient allocation of financial resources.
Supervise accounts payable and receivable operations to maintain accuracy, timely settlements, and optimal credit management.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to enhance competency, accountability, and disciplined ERP usage.
Ensure regulatory and audit compliance to uphold governance standards and protect the organization from financial and legal exposure.
