∎ Leading Asset Management Limited is a dedicated and dynamic startup company in this area. We are looking for an ambitious, high-performing and energetic Head of Business Development and sales. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. You should be responsible to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Head of Business Development and sales is responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. You coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
∎ The Head of Business Development Manager and sales is often the first point of contact a new potential client will have with your company when they are seeking information about what you offer. They respond to RFPs and vendors, developing sales in territories that haven't bought the company's type of product line before.
∎ To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you. you must be able to complete all business development and sales related tasks of our startup company.

∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
∎ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
∎ Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting,training and performance monitoring of business development and sales team

∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
∎ Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
∎ Present our company to potential clients
∎ Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
∎ Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
∎ Build long-term trusting relationships with clients proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
∎ Target oriented and work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Training & Experience: Head of business development and sales have at least 3 years of experience in their field.
∎ Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
∎ Proven sales track record
∎ Experience in customer support is a plus
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Sales force)
∎ Proficiency in English
∎ Market knowledge
∎ Communication and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to build rapport
∎ Time management and planning skills

Salary:
∎ Salaries for head of business development and sales can vary based on their experience, seniority, honesty, dedication, client relation based, capacity on fund collection etc.
