Head of Factory Operations (Cut to Ship)

Candidate should have previous experience to handle entire production line (Cut to ship)

Candidate should have hands on experience in IE/Planning department

Ensure planning, cutting sewing, quality and finishing has synchronization which reduces down-time and improves factory productivity

Hold full operational accountability for the entire production value chain, seamlessly integrating Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Final Shipment planning, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality and warehouse

Monitor daily cutting layouts, sewing line efficiencies, finishing outputs & DHU level to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure an uninterrupted flow from fabric cutting to final packing

Optimize the "Cut-to-Ship" cycle time to reduce lead days, achieving a consistent efficiency as well as on-time shipment

Implement strict quality checkpoints at the cutting table, end-of-line sewing, and final packing to keep the overall DHU within limit
