Responsibilities & Context
Responsible for conducting full cycle i2i (Intern to industry) program
Coordinate with HODs across factory to facilitate the entire training circle
Propose the yearly/half yearly training calendar by conducting FGD or department requirement
Design & Develop training module as well as slides with the help of HODs/concern person
Conduct assessment of training to verify effectiveness of the session
Work on improving existing training modules/slides
Identify potential trainers and assist in creating strong trainer pool
