1) At least 08–10 years of experience in business operations/sales admin, with at least 03 years in a senior role.

2)Master's degree from a recognized university (Business Administration/Finance/Insurance preferred).Professional insurance qualification is an advantage.

• Run sales administration and monitor business onboarding end-to-end

• Liaise with Underwriting, Policy Service, Claims, Finance and other departments

• Work with IT on system improvement, digital onboarding and automation

• Drive customer satisfaction, service quality and smooth day-to-day operations

•Maintain budget and cost tracking with Finance; prepare operational MIS, risk and control reports; ensure compliance with IDRA regulations and internal policy
