• Completion of JAIBB and AIBB shall be mandatory for consideration of recruitment to the next higher grade.

• No third class/division in any academic record.

• Having professional certification in relevant field will be added advantage.

Retail Asset Business & Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the strategic business plans/policies both for asset and liability segment in order to ensure sustainable balance sheet growth, targeting maximum profitability and cost effectiveness.

• Pro-active review of economic & commercial scenario in Bangladesh in order to look for opportunities and increase market share for Retail business and thereby, re-engineer existing products, design new products and create value proposition.

• Supervise the Retail asset business and ensure quick submission of loan proposals from branches/ business units in compliant manner and expedite loan approval/disbursement process.

• Oversee the Retail Liability business (CASA, Term Deposit, marketing products digitally, Payroll banking, Student banking etc.)

• Drive branch/ other outlet network-based strategy to maximize market share and revenue opportunities.

• Arranging periodical marketing campaigns in command area locality, branches, zones/ clusters for retail sales of asset & liability products.

• Get involved with other pilot projects as decided by bank’s Management & introduce new ideas for ensuring its success.

• Supervise the collection & recovery team to ensure healthy retail portfolio of the bank.

• Supervise Payroll & loyalty team to ensure building up new relation with more organization to boost up low cost fund and ensure benefit for credit & debit card holders of the bank.

• Set Asset & Liability Target for the Sales team & ensure good portfolio health of Credit card & increase its volume

• Tie up with builders, MNCs, Large local corporations & different business wings to enhance Asset – Liability growth.

• Generate new business by cross selling products to existing and potential customers.

Risk, Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure that all retail banking activities comply with Bangladesh Bank regulations, applicable laws, internal policies and approved risk parameters.

• Review and implement the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure compliance.

• Work closely with Credit Risk Management, ICC, Compliance, Credit Administration and other control functions.

Reporting:

• Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly Retail Business position tracking with target, analysis and reporting.

• Comparative gap analysis based on command area branches business potentiality.

• Present performance and insight to the top management/ SMT periodically
