Job Responsibilities: Order Pickup Associate

Position: Order Pickup / Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up, collect, and move customer orders, cartons, and packages from designated locations.

• Lift, carry, and handle cartons weighing up to 20 kg (44 lbs) as part of daily duties.

• Perform physically demanding tasks, including loading, unloading, stacking, and moving goods.

• Verify order quantities, product labels, and item details to ensure accuracy.

• Organize picked orders and prepare them for packing, dispatch, or delivery.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions.

• Meet daily order-picking targets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

• Report damaged goods, missing items, or order discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Work effectively as part of a team and assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry cartons weighing up to 20 kg.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.

• Ability to perform heavy manual work safely and efficiently.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse or order fulfillment environment.
