Flixza Group is looking for a creative, skilled and dedicated Interior Cum Architectural Design Executive to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing technical drawings, creating 3D visualizations and presenting innovative design solutions for the Group's existing and upcoming business ventures.
The role will involve working on diverse projects, including corporate offices, restaurants, commercial spaces, showrooms, residential projects and new business developments. The candidate must have strong creative thinking, technical design knowledge and the ability to transform concepts into practical and visually appealing designs.
Responsibilities
Develop creative architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial and corporate projects.
Prepare architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed layouts.
Design complete interior spaces, including furniture layouts, lighting, ceilings, flooring, wall treatments and finishing.
Prepare 2D technical drawings and detailed 3D models, realistic renders and walkthrough presentations.
Develop innovative design concepts for new business ventures, startups, restaurants, showrooms, offices and commercial establishments.
Conduct site visits, measurements and feasibility assessments to ensure design accuracy and practicality.
Coordinate civil design requirements, renovation plans and structural drawing requirements with relevant professionals.
Select appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting and finishing elements according to project requirements and budgets.
Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material boards and project proposals for management approval.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers and project teams during design development and execution.
Monitor on-site design implementation to ensure alignment with approved drawings, concepts and quality standards.
Research current architectural trends, interior design innovations, materials and creative solutions.
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
