Good knowledge of interior materials, finishing works, and site execution.
Responsible, proactive, and capable of working under pressure and meeting project deadlines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and good communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Review working drawings, take site measurements, and prepare AutoCAD drawings as required.
Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project cost estimates.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project team members.
Monitor materials, workmanship, site progress, and project costs.
Explore new interior materials and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
