Experience in a medical center, diagnostic center, or healthcare organization will be preferred.
Practical experience in GAMCA and FWCMS is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of MIS reporting, data analysis, database management, and report preparation.
Good understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, printers, software, and related equipment.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and operational summaries.
Collect, analyze, verify, and maintain data to ensure accurate and timely management reporting.
Maintain databases, digital records, and reporting systems while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Provide technical support to doctors, medical staff, and administrative employees.
Manage and support GAMCA and FWCMS-related IT operations and troubleshoot system issues.
Monitor system performance, perform data backups, and ensure smooth IT operations.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data management, and operational efficiency.
Perform other IT and MIS-related duties assigned by management.
