Responsibilities & Context
Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products based on their needs and style.
Achieve individual and outlet sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Maintain excellent product knowledge, including designs, fabrics, sizes, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation according to brand standards.
Maintain product availability, stock accuracy, and proper inventory records.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing, and other retail operations professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and the premium ambiance of the boutique.
Support daily sales reporting, stock replenishment, and other assigned operational activities.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Educational Requirements
Minimum a bachelor's degree will be an advantage.
