Responsibilities & Context
Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand ISHO’s corporate client portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities, explore potential corporate accounts and build a strong sales pipeline across relevant industries.
Lead, guide and monitor the corporate sales team to ensure achievement of individual and overall sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients, business partners and decision-makers to drive sustainable business growth.
Identify market trends, analyze competitor activities and develop strategic initiatives to strengthen ISHO’s position in the corporate furniture market.
Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial negotiations to secure profitable business deals.
Collaborate with internal departments, including, Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service, to ensure smooth order processing and timely product delivery.
Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, client acquisition and team productivity, preparing regular reports for management review.
Develop strategies to retain existing corporate clients, increase repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Represent ISHO in corporate meetings, industry events, exhibitions and networking activities to strengthen brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
