Who We Are Looking For
5+ to 8+ years of hands-on production experience in C# / .NET Core backend systems.
Proven Kafka Experience: Real-world event-driven architecture experience (not just basic message consumption).
Deep Database Knowledge: Strong query optimization and indexing skills; ability to bypass ORMs when performance demands it.
DevOps Awareness: Solid practical knowledge of Docker containerization and Kubernetes environments.
Exceptional English: Clear, direct written and spoken communication required for daily collaboration with international leadership.
Fintech / Payments Exposure: Prior experience with payment gateways, transaction reconciliation, or PCI compliance is a strong plus.

Why This Role?
Kobkiat Global Co., Ltd. is an international technology and product company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. We engineer and operate production-grade platforms across Fintech, digital payments, live operations, and media streaming serving active users internationally.
We are not an outsourcing agency or a basic design studio. We are establishing our core tech hub in Uttara, Dhaka, to work directly alongside our Bangkok headquarters. We are looking for a dedicated, sharp .Net Developer to lead Engineering team from Bangladesh.
What You Will Do
Core Backend Architecture: Design and scale high-concurrency C# / .NET Core microservices handling real financial transactions.
Distributed Systems & Event Streaming: Architect and maintain event-driven systems using Apache Kafka (partitioning, failure recovery, consumer lag optimization).
Data & Performance Tuning: Write high-performance SQL, tune EF Core queries, and leverage MongoDB/Elasticsearch where relational models fall short.
Cloud & Containers: Partner with our DevOps team to containerize services (Docker/Kubernetes) and modernize CI/CD pipelines as part of an active cloud migration.
Direct Leadership: Work one-on-one with the CTO. Review code, mentor developers, and set engineering benchmarks for the Dhaka engineering hub.
