Responsibilities & Context
Assist in managing and developing relationships with assigned export key accounts
Coordinate with international buyers regarding orders, product specifications, delivery schedules, and customer requirements
Support the preparation and follow-up of quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and export documentation
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Commercial, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Monitor order processing from confirmation to shipment and resolve operational issues proactively
Prepare sales forecasts, customer reports, shipment status updates, and account performance reports
Analyze customer demand, sales trends, and market opportunities to improve account performance
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Assist in handling customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies and international export standards
