Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the Sales and Marketing of properties.
∎ Managing the purchase and development of properties.
∎ Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
∎ Identification of suitable lands to be purchased the implementation of the project.
∎ Communicating with the Land owners.
∎ Documents verification during new land purchase.
∎ Must have 7-10 years of practical experience in Land Deed, Parcha, Namjari, Jot Report and Faraize work in any well-established real estate or housing company and working directly with DC Office, AC (Land) Office, Sub-Registry Office, Tahsil Office. Must understand all land related documents including CS, SA, RS, City Survey, Deed, Bayadalil, Warish Sanad, Power of Attorney, Dag, Khatian, etc.
∎ Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure.
∎ Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
∎ Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors, and groundskeepers.
∎ Resolving complaints from residents.
∎ Preparing financial statements and records.
∎ Reporting to real estate owners and investors on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or project management.
∎ Must have 7-10 year(s) practical experience in any reputed Land Developments/ Housing & Real Estate Company or well renowned developer company.
∎ Extensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, and development.
∎ Experience in managing payments and negotiating contracts.
∎ In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
∎ Knowledge of property maintenance and procurement of vendors and suppliers.
∎ Experience in managing RAJUK and City Corporation work.
∎ Ability to resolve resident complaints, as well as to supervise workers and contractors.
∎ Advanced ability to keep property owners and investors updated.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
∎ Sufficient knowledge in office management and administration.
∎ Good interpersonal skill, energetic and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge in Real Estate Sector will be given preference.
∎ Preference will be given to honest, dedicated and qualified candidates.
Salary: Negotiable
