Mandatory 4-Year Diploma in Medical Technology (MATS) from a recognized institution OR a certified Paramedic qualification.

Provide first aid, emergency management, and primary treatment for regular illnesses.

Manage cut, burn, chemical, and traumatic injuries; perform suturing, major dressings, and minor sprain plastering.

Maintain all medical and compliance registers in both hard copy and medical software.

 Assist in preparing monthly sickness, injury, and medicine distribution reports, and draft monthly medicine requisitions.

Perform initial verification of medical bills for approval and track all medical center expenses.

Sterilize and maintain medical equipment (e.g., autoclave) and track worker data following health awareness programs.

Assist with candidate age verification, fitness certification, and manage emergency situations with confidence and professionalism.
