Responsibilities & Context
To provide dedicated medical and healthcare assistance to the Director, including regular health monitoring, medicine management, medical coordination, and emergency support.
Provide day-to-day medical assistance to the Director as required.
Regularly monitor blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, blood glucose and other basic health parameters.
Maintain the Director’s medicine schedule and ensure medicines are taken on time as prescribed.
Maintain medical records, prescriptions, test reports and health-related documents in an organized manner.
Coordinate doctor appointments, diagnostic tests, hospital visits and medical consultations.
Accompany the Director to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers or doctor appointments when required.
Communicate with doctors and healthcare providers regarding appointments, reports and follow-up instructions.
Maintain necessary medicines, first-aid items and basic medical equipment.
Provide immediate first-aid and coordinate emergency medical or ambulance support when necessary.
Monitor health conditions during travel or official engagements when assigned.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and medical information of the Director.
Remain available for medical support during required working hours and emergency situations.
Perform any other health-related duties assigned by the Director or Management.
