∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Medical Technologist/ Lab Operator, pathological lab
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Clinic, Diagnostic Centre

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure accurate and reliable results.
∎ Collect specimens such as blood cell, numbers, morphology sample, and perform appropriate processing techniques to prepare them for analysis.
∎ Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, including automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, and other equipment, ensuring they are calibrated, cleaned, and maintained according to established protocols.
∎ Analyze test results, evaluate their accuracy and quality, and interpret findings within the context of patient health status, assisting physicians in diagnosing and monitoring medical conditions.
∎ Perform quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results, troubleshoot instrument and procedural issues, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory records, including patient information, test results, quality control data, and other relevant documentation.
∎ Reduce the potential for liability by following established practices and procedures for completing x-ray as requested by physician
∎ Adhere to laboratory safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, maintenance of cleanliness and organization in the laboratory

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of laboratory testing principles, techniques, and procedures
∎ Proficient in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments and equipment
∎ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities
