Responsibilities & Context
Maintain regular correspondence with international buyers regarding product queries, order status, shipment schedules, and approvals.
Liaise with the production, planning, and quality teams to track order progress and ensure production timelines are met.
Coordinate with suppliers for fabric, trims, and accessories; follow up on lead times and approvals to ensure smooth production flow.
Assist line manager to speed up production.
Maintain all communication relevant with merchandising, order files, reports etc.
Overall responsibilities to look all the accounts assigned by superior, also day to day update to management accordingly.
Liaison with the buyers & garments factories regarding any issues till the shipment.
Ensure regular customer communication for expansion of potential market and business growth.
Any other task as assigned by the superior.
