We're looking for a creative and motivated Spotify & TikTok Growth Hacker / Music Promoter to help our music reach bigger audiences, increase Spotify streams and gain viral attention on social media.

We want someone who thinks outside the box, understands online trends and enjoys discovering new ways to promote music.

Your Responsibilities

Spotify Growth & Music Promotion

• Research and test creative strategies to increase genuine Spotify streams and listeners.

• Discover playlist promotion opportunities and music communities.

• Support promotional campaigns for new music releases.

• Research successful music growth strategies and marketing tools.

• Find new opportunities to increase song visibility.

TikTok, Instagram & YouTube Growth

• Research viral trends, sounds and content formats.

• Help songs gain viral traction on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Discover creative growth hacking techniques.

• Find relevant influencers, UGC creators and promotional partners.

• Help grow our TikTok, Instagram and YouTube channels.

• Develop simple ideas to turn viral content into Spotify listeners.

Requirements

• Very good written and spoken English.

• Good understanding of Spotify, TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong interest in music marketing and social media growth.

• Creative thinking and good research skills.

• Proactive, reliable and willing to experiment.

• Interest in Dance, House and electronic music is an advantage.

Students and motivated beginners are welcome.
