Operation Theatre (OT) Experience:
Assist surgeons during surgical procedures.
Prepare and maintain the sterile operating environment.
Handle surgical instruments and OT equipment.
Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control.
Assist with patient positioning and pre-operative and post-operative care.
Ensure proper sterilization and preparation of surgical instruments.
Monitor patient safety and follow OT protocols.
Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities & Context
Provide quality nursing care to patients according to medical instructions.
Monitor patients’ health conditions, vital signs, and progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and infection control.
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Respond promptly to emergency situations.
Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital/clinic policies.
Educational Requirements
Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).
Experience Requirements
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
