Responsibilities & Context
- Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery or equivalent qualification.
- Valid registration from the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a factory, clinic, or hospital setting.
- Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and basic healthcare services.
- Ability to maintain medical records and prepare health reports.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide health counseling and support to employees.
