Responsibilities & Context
• Review and assess claim documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with clients, policyholders, beneficiaries, and relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims and ensure adherence to policy terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, legal advisors, and other experts as needed to evaluate claims appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to claims processing and providing regular/need-based reports.
• Liaise with underwriters and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate claims settlement.
• Maintain good relationship with the Hospitals, Clinics and Diagnostic center.
• Any other need-based task assigned by the supervisor.
