Officer / Sr. Officer - Learning & Development

Coordinate Manager & Officer Learning Programs – Plan, schedule, and coordinate approved learning programs for Managers and Officers, ensuring timely execution and smooth program delivery.

Manage Training Logistics & Documentation – Arrange training logistics, maintain attendance records, coordinate with trainers, and prepare training materials and survey reports.

Manage L&D Data, Systems & Reporting – Maintain accurate LMS, HMM, and ESG learning records and prepare timely training reports, dashboards, and management updates.

Facilitate Officer Training Programs – Deliver assigned training programs for Officers using effective facilitation methods to ensure participant engagement and a quality learning experience.

Training Needs Analysis & Evaluation – Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA), collect participant feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.

Training Plan & Continuous Improvement – Monitor training completion against the approved training calendar, follow up on pending programs, and recommend improvements to learning and development initiatives.
