Responsibilities & Context
Prepare residential building plans, elevations, sections, and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D building designs and visualizations.
Prepare structural drawings and reinforcement detailing.
Assist with structural design and building design projects.
Prepare construction cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and material estimates.
Coordinate with clients and visit project sites when necessary.
Knowledge of building estimation and costing.
