Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and proactive (Female) to manage client communication and ensure excellent sales & Marketing experience in our real estate operations.
Salary Range : 12000 to 30000, Based on experience.
Generate sales leads through calls, and maintain online platforms.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Promote company projects through digital and offline marketing.
Follow up with prospective clients and close deals.
Maintain client database and prepare sales reports.
Participate in property fairs, events, and exhibitions
