∎ Post-graduate degree in social sciences or any other relevant subjects or equivalent professional degree

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The program Officer (Youth) will be Responsible for implement of FPAB's youth program (both core and restricted youth projects) as per the Strategic Plan
∎ She/he will prepare Annual Program Budget (APB) and guideline of Core youth Program and Youth Friendly services of FPAB.
∎ The incumbent will monitor implementation status of the youth program and report the progress in timely manner.
∎ The Program Officer (Youth) will be responsible for effective co-ordination with all branches and other stakeholders for successful implementation of youth activities at field level.
∎ She/he will suggest future opportunities and expansion of FPAB's youth activities
∎ The incumbent will develop necessary BCC materials on Adolescent reproductive health and rights, Child/Youth Protection and Gender issues.
∎ She/he will build/maintain networking with international, national and local NGO's to enhance coordination and coverage.
∎ The Program Officer (Youth) will implement the Child and Youth Protection Policy (CYPP), Sexual Harassment Reduce Policy.
∎ The incumbent will provide guideline and technical support to district branches/SWUs for implementation of Comprehensive Sexuality Education at school and out of school and Youth Friendly Services (YFS).
∎ She/he will support creating youth leadership among the TararMela initiative of FPAB
∎ The incumbent will visit FPAB branches on regular basis to suggest measures against identified gaps in FPAB youth program.
∎ She/he will assess training needs, develop necessary Training Manuals organize training, workshop, and seminar on youth /adolescent related issues.
∎ The incumbent will updates FPAB management, governance and IPPF-SARO on youth activities
∎ She/he will prepare quarterly and Annual report on FPAB youth program
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 5 years' experience working in SRHR field
∎ 3 years' experience working in youth and adolescent program in Bangladesh
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
∎ Coordination and networking skills
∎ Good organizational and time management skills
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two yearly festival bonuses (each equivalent to one month's basic salary); Baishakhi allowance and other benefits as per FPAB Human Resource Manual
