Project Accounts Officer

Maintain daily accounting records, cash books, bank books and general ledgers.

Prepare and monitor Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills for government projects.

Maintain project-wise income, expenditure and profitability statements.

Manage VAT, AIT, Income Tax deductions and statutory compliance.

Process supplier, subcontractor and employee payments.

Prepare bank reconciliation statements and cash flow reports.

Maintain tender-related financial documents, bank guarantees and security deposits.

Monitor project budgets, expenses and outstanding receivables.

Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

Assist in internal, external and government audits etc.
