Responsibilities & Context
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities according to approved drawings, BOQ and technical specifications.
Ensure project execution meets quality standards, safety requirements and contractual obligations.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly work plans and monitor project progress.
Manage site manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors efficiently.
Verify work measurements, prepare RA bills and maintain site records.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Consultant, Client/PE and Head Office.
Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Identify technical issues, resolve site-level problems and report delays.
Maintain daily progress reports, measurement records and project documentation.
Ensure timely project completion within the approved budget and contractual timeframe.
Implement health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements at the project site.
Assist in final inspection, preparation of as-built drawings and project handover.
