∎ Master s Degree in any discipline; Preference will be given to post graduate degree in Education, English and Social Sciences.

Development or Operation Management. NGO, NGO Development projects
Job Context:
∎ Position: Project Coordinator- Digital literacy program with different academic institutions
∎ Contract duration: Long term contract.
∎ Place of work: Dhaka with visits to field locations across Bangladesh
∎ Reports to: Project Director and Technical Advisor
∎ Employment start: Immediately
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Co-ordinate, Establish and monitor projects including (financial management, documentation and reporting).
∎ Conduct regular supervision of projects and provide technical support where necessary to ensure consistent quality and impact.
∎ Prepare monthly action plans and execute.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report, as well as closing report focusing on learning, progress, opportunities and constraints (both activity and financial).
∎ Write success stories, case studies and make it ready for posting on social media and websites.
∎ Maintain communication and liaison with different academic institutions, related government departments, and other stakeholders.
∎ Leading facilitation of solutions of field issues.
∎ Develop concept papers/project proposals in relevant areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
∎ Team-management and leadership skills.
∎ Good knowledge of computer operation including Office software, internet browsing, use of social media tools, etc. video editing will be an added advantage.
∎ Having problem-solving and prompt decision making capacity
∎ Good facilitation and motivational skills.
∎ Strong writing and communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to visit project schools/colleges.
∎ Having non-discriminatory and gender-sensitive.
Salary: Negotiable
