Reservation / ticketing experience at an airline, OTA or travel agency
Hands-on experience with at least one GDS (Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport)
Solid knowledge of reissue and refund procedures
Good understanding of fares, airline rules and ticketing
Fluent in both Bengali and English
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Responsibilities & Context
Hajee Air Travels Ltd is looking for Reservation Officers to book, issue, reissue and refund air tickets with speed and accuracy.
Book, issue and manage air tickets using Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport
Handle reissues, date changes, route changes, refunds and cancellations according to airline rules
Build and price itineraries, including multi-city routes
Apply fare rules, penalties and taxes correctly
Support B2B agencies and customers with reservation queries
Coordinate with airlines, the accounts team and the sales team to resolve issues
Keep PNRs, queues and ticketing records clean and up to date
