Earning Potential & Perks:
Base Salary: 25000 - 35000 BDT / month
Uncapped Commission: Earn up to 65000 BDT+ (Total potential: 100000 BDT+/month)

Key Requirements:
Fluent English with a clear accent and strong active listening skills
High confidence in objection handling, discovery calls, and closing deals
Ability to multitask: navigating HubSpot CRM and Google Suite on live calls
Qualification: HSC, O/A Levels, or Bachelor's/Master's degree
Experience: 1 to 5 years in telesales/call centers (Fluent freshers welcome!)
