Business Development, Project Management, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones.
∎ Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads
∎ Ensuring the development of the sales plan. Prepares Forecast and KPI reporting for the top management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting budget setting, and strategic planning.
∎ Preparing and submitting the business proposal according to the client’s requirements (Govt. Institute, NGO, etc.)
∎ Understanding, preparing, and developing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations return-on-investment, and profit loss projections.
∎ Convincing the education authority to sign the MoU for mutual benefits.
∎ Coordinating with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
∎ Visiting the corporate customers to generate leads for selling products/services
∎ Ensuring the visit of educational institutes to create new business opportunities.
∎ Organizing promotional campaigns at educational institutes with the team's cooperation
∎ Ensuring to arrange offline & online seminars, workshops, and training for students of educational institutes.
∎ Establishing the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
∎ Ensuring the ROI of every activity in terms of departmental as well as organizational goal.
∎ Gaining an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet them.
∎ Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events.
∎ Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology and contributing to team targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years' of managerial, operational, or supervisory experience
∎ Excellent leadership and management skills
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
∎ Outstanding communication & problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent analytical abilities.
∎ Driving attitude in a high-growth environment.
∎ Quickly adaptable to working with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
