Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic circuits, instrumentation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand technical manuals and equipment specifications.

• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, installation, demonstration, and service
activities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Additional Requirements
• Must be willing to travel anywhere within Bangladesh when required.
• A valid motorcycle driving license will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in biochemistry analyzers, hematology analyzers,
electrolyte analyzers, immunoassay analyzers, laboratory equipment, rapid
diagnostic equipment, or surgical equipment will receive preference.

Alif Trade International is a growing medical equipment and healthcare solutions company
engaged in the supply, installation, maintenance, servicing, and technical support of medical,
laboratory, pathological, diagnostic, surgical, and related equipment.
We are looking for a dynamic, technically competent, and target-oriented Sales & Service
Engineer to strengthen our Sales & Service Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics,
laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and product information to customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the management regarding sales plans, market information, and
customer feedback.
• Support collection of outstanding payments when required.
Service & Technical Support:
• Install, commission, inspect, and troubleshoot medical and laboratory equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and operators.
• Attend customer service calls and resolve technical problems within the required time.
• Prepare service reports, installation reports, maintenance reports, and customer visit
reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical issues, spare parts, and warranty
matters.
• Maintain proper records of installed equipment, service history, spare parts, and customer
Reporting & Teamwork :
• Prepare daily visit plans and submit regular sales/service reports.
• Maintain accurate customer and market information.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Store, Accounts, and Management teams.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management
