Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, adaptability, and initiative—strong understanding of SIP technology, TDM technology, and IP Networks.
Should have a clear understanding of DIGITAL MARKETING and Telecommunication.
Able to work under pressure without time boundaries to cover 24/7 support services.
Should have good communication skills to perform global sales or support services. Experience in the IT industry will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Identify and approach potential customers and suppliers through various means of communication.
Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, TCP, SMPP, A2P SMS, Linux, and IP Networking.
Ability in product & platform management, API, SMPP, Telco, and MFS integration.
System log and trace analysis, routing configuration, and Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.
Comes up with innovative solutions to various problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
Understanding customers’ complaints regarding tech issues, apps, or software requirements and delivering proper feedback.
Creating and maintaining client relationships.
Self-motivated yet customer-focused.
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
