Role Description The Executive (Sales) – Software Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for web development, app development, SEO, and design services, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks include prospecting, scheduling and conducting client meetings, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and drafting proposals and quotations. The Executive will collaborate closely with technical and design teams to understand service offerings, align solutions with client needs, and ensure accurate communication of project requirements. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, maintaining a sales pipeline and CRM records, achieving sales targets, and providing regular reports and feedback to leadership.Need to sell ERP also

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software or IT services sales, with the ability to understand and promote web development, app development, and digital solutions.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage prospects, build trust, and close business deals.

• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and meet or exceed defined sales targets.

• Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Dhaka, with strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency with common office and CRM tools for tracking leads, preparing proposals, and reporting on sales activities.

• Previous experience in a web agency, software company, or tech-focused environment is an advantage.
