Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: To ensure and manage timely delivery of payroll related services accurately and efficiently to all BRAC staffs and develop an effective payroll management system.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Manage and guidance whole payroll management and ensure best service for whole organization.
∎ Managing payroll preparation, deductions, payment, complies payroll information, completing reports and records for BRAC and BRAC Enterprises staffs
∎ Manage, maintain and assist to design process of payroll system at the HO & field level to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Ensure proper controls and procedures are in place, documented and followed for payroll management
∎ Train and assist with Accounts & Finance Dept. and HR field staffs for smooth implementation of payroll system
∎ Manage, Develop and coordinate BRAC, Aarong, BRAC Enterprises staff and vendor for Health and Life insurance
∎ Prepare periodic metrics reports regarding issues such as department efficiency and volumes
∎ Managing Gap analysis, process flow diagram, requirement analysis, UAT testing, Training and implementation of Payroll automation project
∎ Manage and ensure timely delivery of all benefits to all BRAC staff
∎ Lead and Manage attendance, absenteeism & Leave management services for all BRAC staff
∎ Manage HR Services paperless through proper implementation of new initiatives
∎ Manage, plan and Assist for timely complete of all international travelling and higher study related task efficiently and effectively

Additional Requirements:
∎ Software related skill
∎ Use of HRIS
∎ Financial analysis
∎ Payroll handling
∎ Attendance and leave management
∎ Strong knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Act
∎ Strong understanding about payroll
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in payroll management in required
