Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) is looking for dynamic, service-oriented, and result-driven professionals to join its Branch Banking team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring operational excellence, supporting business growth, and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance across General Banking and Cash Operations.

• Perform day-to-day branch banking operations, covering general banking services, cash transactions, account opening, account maintenance, clearing, remittance, fund transfers, and other related activities.

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper verification and authorization.

• Attend to customer queries and complaints, provide appropriate banking solutions, and ensure prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.

• Promote the bank’s deposit products, retail banking services, and other financial offerings to existing and prospective customers to support business growth.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Ensure proper cash handling, cash balancing, end-of-day reconciliation, and maintenance of adequate cash availability in accordance with established procedures.

• Perform ATM-related activities, including cash loading, replenishment, monitoring, balancing, and reconciliation.

• Ensure accuracy in transaction processing, documentation, record keeping, and maintenance of relevant operational registers.

• Monitor and prevent fraudulent activities, including the detection of counterfeit banknotes, suspicious transactions, and potential money laundering activities.

• Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/CFT requirements, internal policies, operational guidelines, and established control procedures.

• Achieve assigned business, operational, service quality, and financial targets while ensuring adherence to the bank's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Contribute to continuous improvement of branch operations through efficient service delivery, operational discipline, and effective risk management.
