Responsibilities & Context
Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and result-oriented professional to lead its Sub-Branch/Branch Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for managing day-to-day sub-branch activities, driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering an excellent banking experience to customers.
The role of the Branch Manager/ BOM will be pervasive in a wide range of activities that ensure the smooth functioning of the day-to-day banking operations and services to the customers.
Core responsibilities will be to achieve business targets in terms of liability, asset & profit through quality business booking and nurturing customer relationships and thus maintaining a healthy portfolio for the branch.
Providing front-line administrative support to operational and administrative head office functions.
Managing relations with regulators, customers, bankers, and all external stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies and guidelines.##Taking appropriate measures to safeguard branch assets.
Controlling branch expenses and other cash positions.
