Educational Requirements:
∎ University Degree with specialization in Child Protection and/or Child Protection in Emergency, Child Rights or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh
∎ Report to: Project Manager of Humanitarian Program
∎ Tenure of Services Contract: 01 Year. May be extended based on satisfactory performance, program requirement and availability of fund.
∎ Working Conditions: Major part of the job will be in Ukhiya under Educo Cox`s Bazar Office with frequent field visit to Rohingya camps and host community.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ At least five (05) years of professional experience in similar roles in Child Protection and/or Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) and GBV programs with national and international humanitarian organization.
∎ Experience in facilitating training, and developing training modules and materials on Child Protection and GBV.
∎ Experience in developing proposals and M&E tools.
∎ Position requires both English and Bangla at advance level.
∎ Ability to develop innovating Child Protection and GBV project proposal.
∎ Demonstrated sensitivity to protection issues, including application of the principle of confidentiality.
∎ Extremely strong communication skills, with good understanding of relevant cross-cultural and sensitive issues.
∎ Excellent qualitative and quantitative reporting skills
∎ Advance command in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Mail Communication.
Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary BDT 105,175 (Taka One Lac Five Thousand One Hundred and Seventy-Five only).

∎ PF, Gratuity, 02 Festival Bonuses, Insurance and others admissible benefits as per Educo HR Policy.
