∎ Minimum of 2/3 years work experience in logistics/ Coordination Function in a similar organization.
∎ Good operating knowledge in computer applications.
∎ Fluency in Spoken & Written English & Bangla
∎ Strong team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.
∎ Essentials:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinating with Sales, Planning, Production and Dispatch for execution of customer order as per schedule and priority/urgency.
∎ Providing customer support by answering customer queries and solving customer complaints on a daily basis.
∎ Timely and accurate customer order processing, scheduling, account opening & maintenance.
∎ Ensures the issues of proforma invoices & bills.
∎ Coordinates with commercial and F&A on any LC related clarifications as per established system.
∎ Customer Order Entry, ensuring appropriate documentation & tracking of orders for samples from customers, processing of the orders & delivery through the dispatch team.
∎ Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face.
∎ Update client databases
